Gold Note Resources

Gold Note Resources Ltd. (GNR) is a private Canadian-based junior mining exploration company.
GNR is performing an IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange, raising a minimum of $660,000.

The property is the Summer Property which is being diversified from Candorado Operating Company Ltd. (CDO.V) into GNR through a Purchase and Sale Agreement. Approximately $350,000 in exploration costs were spent on Summer property in 2007 by CDO.

A NI 43-101 report has been completed and an experienced management team is in place.

The offering for GNR will meet the TSXV minimum listing requirements.
